They worked with me

Dr. Catherine Ladavière, Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 « Veronica was involved in the correction of a scientific article and the optimization of its figures. Most of these figures show images from electron and confocal microscopy. Her advice was very valuable to improve the readability and rigor of the figures, as well as to respect the « color code » of the graphic summary. The article has greatly improved in terms of the quality of presentation of microscopy images. A big thank you to Veronica. »

Dr. Angelique Virgone, Lyon Cancer Center – Léon Bérard Centre « I highly recommend the expertise of Veronica, who was able to be ultra-responsive for a specific request in the field of oncology. It was an illustration of cancer cells that Veronica managed to develop in record time. Thank you again for your professionalism! »

Dr. Thomas Widiez, UMR 5667, ENS de Lyon « Excellent work of scientific illustration (on the theme of plants) by Veronica. She proposed several ideas that we discussed together. She is attentive and very responsive, I recommend. »

Dr. Mélanie Ribeiro-Lopes, BF2i – Laboratoire de Biologie Fonctionnelle, Insectes et Interactions, Lyon (France)
« It was an absolute pleasure to work with Veronica on the creation of illustrations for an upcoming article! She quickly understood our request – designing illustrations of animals representing different taxonomic classes – and helped us refine our needs, delivering results that met or exceeded our expectations. On top of that, she suggested ways to integrate the illustrations into the final figure for an even better presentation. Her work is both fast and of high quality, and we will not hesitate to collaborate with her in the future. »

Patricia Lefort, Inserm AuRA « Thank you to Veronica for her incredible talent and professionalism.
She really embraced the scientific project and perfectly responded to the researcher’s requests. The collaboration was natural, simple and effective. Her art really brought our comic to life.
It’s a pleasure to work with her! »

Dr. Anna Zaidman-Rémi and Séverine Balmand, BF2i – Laboratoire de Biologie Fonctionnelle, Insectes et Interactions, Lyon (France) « Veronica was able to graphically transcribe and highlight our results before submission to the high-ranking review. His expertise in cell biology and microscopy has facilitated fluid and productive exchanges, and his artistic flair has added considerable value to our figures.
We will not fail to use her services in the future! »

Dr. Jörgen Kriberg, Paul-Ehrlich Institute (Germany) « It was a great experience to bring Veronica on board to develop an illustration for our scientific work. As a scientist, Veronica was predestined to get to the heart of the work, but I still find it incredible that she can do so without difficulty since we are from a scientific discipline very different from hers.
However, Veronica had a wonderful idea that took the meaning of our work in illustration. Veronica has always been extremely responsible in the process, getting us previous versions and helping us to finalize the right technical specifications for a download into the journal.
All the co-authors really liked Veronica’s work and we can all recommend her without reservation! »

Isabelle Grosjean, coordinator of the collective Les Cellules Déambulent (LCD) and Inserm engineer at the Stem Cells and Brain Laboratory (SBRI-Inserm U1208) « The LCD collective explores Art and Science projects to talk about cells to various audiences. We called on Veronica to draw and watercolor the live play about the cells. The preparation of the action was facilitated by Veronica’s scientific knowledge and her ability to interact with various stakeholders. Drawing live and in the presence of spectators is a difficult exercise that Veronica has done very well.
Her artistic and scientific watercolors will allow us to illustrate the text of the play when it is published. »

Dr. Pierre Hirchenhahn, Texas A&M University « I asked Veronica to prepare illustrations for a project presentation.
The illustrations had to explain mass spectrometry techniques and illustrate the project’s problem, in order to make the whole thing as striking as possible. I was not disappointed.
In the space of a few exchanges, she managed to produce illustrations that exceeded my expectations in terms of rendering and quality.
The work was done with great care and speed, taking full account of my corrections and adjustments.
The result is of a high quality and the presentation was all the better for it.
All in a good atmosphere and with a result in a week. »
